Who is The Puzzle Collections?

The Puzzle Collections is an online puzzle retailer in New Jersey. We sell a variety of brand new sealed puzzle brands such as Ravensburger, Buffalo Games, Clementoni, Cobble Hill and Heye . Soon we will also have Educa and Eurographics.

We carry a number of hard to find puzzles.

We are a small family who love jigsaw puzzles! We ask and hope for your support on small business like ours. Please understand our prices cannot be compared to big/giant retailers. There are supplies and shipping cost involved as we offer free shipping on all orders.

What brand(s) of puzzle do you sell?

We currently sell Ravensburger, Buffalo Games, Cobble Hill and Heye puzzles but will be expanding to other brands in the near future.

Are the puzzles you sell in brand new condition?

Yes. We only sell BRAND NEW FACTORY SEALED puzzles!

Where do you ship?

We ship within United States including Alaska and Hawaii.

We also now offer limited shipping to Canada.

How much does shipping cost?

The Puzzle Collections offer FREE SHIPPING via USPS or UPS (depending on your location) on all puzzles we sell within United States!

We also ship to Canada via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, a quote will be sent with the shipping amount to complete the purchase.

Please note that import taxes and/or duties may apply. In this case, the Customer is responsible in paying for the said taxes and/or fees.

Sample shipping cost to Canada:

(1) 1 Ravensburger rectangular box 1000 piece puzzle – 22 USD via USPS First Class Shipping or 31 USD via USPS Priority Mail Shipping

(2) 2 Ravensburger rectangular box 1000 piece puzzle – 32 USD via USPS Priority Mail Shipping

(3) 1 Ravensburger square/smaller box puzzle – 12 USD via USPS First Class Shipping or 28 USD via USPS Priority Mail Shipping.

When will my order be shipped?

We process orders as soon as possible. Once verification and payment is processed, it ships same day if received by 2pm EST . We do not ship on Sundays and Holidays.

When will I receive my order?

We typically ship orders same day if received by 2pm EST except Sundays and Holidays. Depending on location, we ship via USPS First Class, Priority Mail or UPS. We want your order delivered as soon as possible but we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as weather related or service interruptions. A shipping notification with tracking number will be sent to you. Please make sure shipping address (including floor, apartment no.) is correct. We are not responsible for sending to the wrong address .

Can I cancel or make changes to my order including updating shipping info?

We process orders as soon as possible but understand mistakes can be made. You can cancel or make changes to your order within 1 hour of placing it.

Does The Puzzle Collections Accept Returns?

The Puzzle Collections does accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your order. Email us at info@thepuzzlecollections.com to obtain return authorization number. A prepaid label will be provided. The item must be returned in new/unopened condition using the prepaid label in order to receive a credit less the shipping costs. There is also a $10 restocking fee per item returned.

What payment methods do you accept?

The Puzzle Collections uses Paypal (US only) and Stripe to process payments. You don’t need to have a Paypal account if you choose to use it. You can pay with your credit card and checkout as a Paypal Guest. Feel free to contact us if you have further question.

Is it safe to place an order on your site? Will my personal information be kept confidential?

Yes and Yes. It is guaranteed safe and secure to place orders on our site. All information are kept 100% confidential and will not be sold or given to anyone under any circumstances. You may refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

Is your puzzle missing a piece?

Unfortunately, on rare occasion a puzzle do wind up missing a piece or two due to a manufacturer defect. It is also easy to misplace puzzle piece(s). Please make sure you look and search everywhere first. If you really cannot find it, please contact the manufacturer of the puzzle you purchased listed below.

Please note that we are not responsible for any missing puzzle piece(s). We sell brand new sealed puzzles and can only provide you the contact information of the manufacturer who can assist you on the issue.
