This was my first time ordering from The Puzzle Collections. Not only was I impressed with their selections which includes some hard to find Ravensburger puzzles.. I was SO thankful for their packaging when I received my order. I’ve ordered from big box stores in the past who don’t take the time to package the puzzles in anything but a cardboard box which has left some unsightly dents on my puzzle boxes which I prefer to keep in as pristine condition as possible. You cannot put a price on great customer service. I will absolutely continue to shop small and shop stores who care about their customers like The Puzzle Collections!

The customer service provided was excellent. I emailed from the UK regarding a puzzle not available here, and I received a very prompt response explaining how to place an order and the shipping costs.

I received my puzzle a week later, which was securely packaged and arrived in perfect condition.

I will definitely order more puzzles in the future, as I am very impressed by the helpfulness of the team and the service provided.

I found a new release that has been difficult to find in the US on your site. The price was a little high but it included shipping. You answered my questions promptly and did an excellent job packing the puzzle for shipping so it wouldn’t be damaged (this is #1 complaint about buying puzzles online). I will do business with you in the future.

I have been looking for the new 2000 piece Ravensburger jigsaw puzzle for 2 months and finally found it on this site! It was a little pricier than other sites (didn’t matter because they were out of stock anyway) but they have free shipping and sent the puzzle out very well packaged so it is worth the little extra cost. That and the fact that I could not find in stock anywhere else except out of Germany! Great company to deal with. I will definitely be a repeat customer!
